whirlwind, getting rid of stuff, silence and breathing through the mouth

so i've been sitting here for at least 32min. trying to write, i came up with (what i think is) a cute title and now i need to fill in this giant blank spot on my screen..i need to stop hitting backspace so much. maybe i could just explain the title..hm..i'll give that a shot.

my life is a constant whirlwind of school, art assignments, reading assignments, writing assignments, work, side-jobs and photography.

i recently got rid of my bed frame and most of the stuff under my bed. i got a trash bag and raided my cabinet, i went through my closet next and threw away anything not worn within the past 6months. it felt so good, and i wanted to throw more things away but unfortunately lots of my stuff is just to cool and old to pitch. :/

i need more silence. just..that. silence and time to pray.

also, i have allergies, my nose is so stuffed, i couldn't smell a skunk. so, yeah, i have to breath through my mouth and it's the worst.

  1. "Too cool and old to pitch . . . " Haha, my problem exactly.

  2. It's been a hectic time of the year for sure, and you sound uber busy, girl! Allergies are the worst. Praying that gets better for you! I definitely know what you mean about needing more silence and time to pray. Life gets too crazy sometimes, and we just need to relax and rest in Him

  3. Tossing things out is so therapeutic, isn't it? I feel I am always on a quest to get rid of stuff. Really clears up your mind, oddly enough.

Ah, the life of a busy college student. I feel ya, girl. Even though it's been 6 years since I started college, it's still my life.

  4. Amen, about silence. It's so difficult to make more time for it, to just be and see what comes into your mind. And allergies! Why! They ruin lives!
